About Us

Where Singapore Professionals Learn to Lead

TrainRush is a business school and training platform built for people who need skills that show up in boardrooms, not just on slide decks. Since 2018, we have helped teams across Singapore turn market insight into confident commercial decisions.

Our Story

From a Bugis classroom to a city-wide platform

TrainRush launched in 2018 above a shophouse row in the Bugis district, a few minutes from North Bridge Road. Our founders had just left roles in regional banking, logistics and venture-backed startups, and kept hearing the same complaint: managers were promoted for technical excellence but given almost no structured training in finance, negotiation or team leadership.

We opened with a single twelve-seat classroom and a simple rule: every module must end with something a participant can use in their next client meeting, budget review or hiring conversation. Word spread quickly through professional networks in the CBD. Within eighteen months we had outgrown the original space and moved our headquarters to North Bridge Road, where we still welcome cohorts today.

TrainRush now runs programmes for SMEs, multinational subsidiaries, family offices and public-sector teams across Singapore. We teach in person, on-site and through trainrush.life, our learning platform for course materials, assignments and follow-up support. The school has grown, but the founding idea has not changed: business education should feel relevant on the day you learn it, not months later when a certificate gathers dust.

What We Believe

Six principles behind every programme

These standards shape our curriculum, our faculty choices and the partnerships we accept at TrainRush.

Commerce with context

We teach business concepts through Singapore and ASEAN examples so learners recognise the markets, regulations and customer behaviours they encounter at work.

Learning by doing

Lectures are kept brief. Most classroom time is spent on case drills, role-plays and structured exercises that mirror real workplace conversations.

Faculty who still practise

Our instructors consult, manage teams or advise boards outside the classroom. What they teach reflects current market conditions, not outdated textbooks.

Progress you can measure

Each programme includes clear milestones, skills checkpoints and post-course reviews so employers and learners can see what changed after training.

Respect for your schedule

Sessions are scheduled for working professionals: compact formats, evening options where needed, and digital resources on trainrush.life for review between classes.

Honest scope

We recommend programmes that fit the problem, even when that means a shorter engagement or a referral elsewhere. Good training starts with the right fit, not the largest invoice.

How We Work

From first call to follow-through

Every organisation starts with a conversation. You tell us about your team, the skills gap you are trying to close and the timeline you are working toward. We respond within one business day with an honest assessment and, where appropriate, a tailored outline covering objectives, format and transparent pricing in Singapore dollars.

Programmes are delivered by TrainRush faculty at our North Bridge Road campus, at your office, or through a blended schedule on trainrush.life. Participants receive workbooks, digital templates and platform access before day one. After the final session, we share a summary report and remain available for thirty days of email support on course material.

For teams that need ongoing development, we offer quarterly skills clinics and alumni sessions so learning continues beyond a single workshop. Corporate clients can also request private cohorts built around internal case studies, with all materials handled under strict confidentiality.
