Open cohorts meet at our North Bridge Road studio, with a live-stream option for participants based outside Singapore. For corporate clients we adapt freely — on your premises, fully remote, or hybrid — depending on team size, timezone spread and how much hands-on work you want in the room.

Individual seats in public cohorts are listed in Singapore Dollars on our pricing page and in each joining brochure. Corporate work is quoted after a short briefing call and reflects headcount, travel, and any syllabus customisation. Book five or more seats together and a group rate applies automatically.

Yes. We regularly design closed cohorts for organisations that want dedicated dates, tailored case material, or on-site delivery. Teams of five or more qualify for our standard group rate; larger engagements receive a bespoke proposal. Share your brief via the contact form and we will reply with options within one working day.

Participants who attend at least 80% of live sessions and complete the final exercise receive a signed certificate of completion, issued digitally and as a printed copy on request. A short written note summarising your participation is included for HR or CPD records.

Cancel more than 14 days before the start date and you receive a full refund. Between 14 and 3 days before start, we offer a 50% credit valid for any programme within the next twelve months. Inside 72 hours of start we cannot refund, but we will transfer your seat to a colleague or a later cohort at no extra charge.

Selected programmes are SkillsFuture-eligible; the current status for each cohort is shown in its joining brochure. If funding affects your decision, contact us before you book and we will confirm eligibility and the paperwork your employer or HR team will need.

Our slides, workbooks and learner portal meet WCAG AA contrast standards. Recorded sessions include transcripts, and live captioning is available on request. Tell us about any access requirements when you enrol so we can prepare ahead of day one.

We collect only what we need to deliver your programme and stay in touch afterwards. Full details are in our privacy policy. You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your record at any time by writing to our support address.

Yes. Our facilitators deliver on-site across Singapore and travel to nearby markets when needed. Travel and per-diem costs are itemised clearly in the proposal we send after your enquiry, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
